Shipping and Returns
Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom, and where orders are £100.00 or over, they're free. Orders under this amount will be charged at £4.95. We use Royal Mail's Signed For service.
We aim to deliver your items within 5 working days of your order being placed, but in most cases will do so quicker, but may take longer during seasonal holiday periods.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before completing your order, please ensure you have included your full address and contact details.
In the rare event we're unable to fulfil an order – for instance if an item is sold out – we'll refund your payment by the original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please return any items within 14 days of receipt to Woosters, 20 Market Place, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4BA and we'll happily offer you a full refund or free exchange (please enquire instore for our returns policy for instore purchases)
Returns and exchange requests may be rejected outside this time frame. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all tags and labels in place and in the same condition you received it.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches us and we therefore recommend that you send it by recorded delivery for security purposes. Please keep your proof of postage with the tracking number. And please remember to include a note of your name, address, email and order reference.
We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receipt. Please be aware that during seasonal peaks there may be a slight delay. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase them. Please allow 3-5 working days for this transaction to appear on your bank statement. PayPal will send a confirmation email showing your refund amount and original payment method.
Please note we are not responsible for clothes which have been washed incorrectly, and please dry them naturally rather than using a tumble drier. Items which are damaged because of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted.
