Where goods are returned within 10 days of purchase and are in their original condition we will either exchange them for goods or supply a credit note to the same value.

Sale Items
Sale items will only be exchanged, credited or refunded where they are found to be faulty or misdescribed.
Damaged Items
Items sold as damaged will not be exchanged, credited or refunded and are sold as seen.
Your receipt will be required before refunds, exchanges and credit notes are issued.
For Online Purchases
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return any items within 14 days of receipt to Blandford House, 7 Lyveden Road, Brigstock, NN14 3HE and we'll happily offer you a full refund or free exchange.
Returns and exchange requests may be rejected outside this timeframe. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all tags and labels in place and in the same condition you received it.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches us and we therefore recommend that you send it by recorded delivery for security purposes. Please keep your proof of postage with the tracking number. And please remember to include a note of your name, address, email and order reference.
We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receipt. Please be aware that during seasonal peaks there may be a slight delay. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase them. Please allow 3-5 working days for this transaction to appear on your bank statement. PayPal will send a confirmation email showing your refund amount and original payment method.
Please note we are not responsible for clothes which have been washed incorrectly, and please dry them naturally rather than using a tumble drier. Items which are damaged because of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
